Please ensure you have read these terms and conditions of business which apply to all orders made with us. If you have any questions about them, please speak to us. Your statutory rights are not affected by our terms and conditions.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully.

Buying Goods from us

This part explains the terms which apply to orders placed by you on our website or by phone.

You make an offer to purchase from us by completing the order process on the web site or by phone. Your offer to purchase does not form a binding contract until it is accepted by us. All prices displayed on our website include VAT.

On receipt of your order, we will send you an order acknowledgement email to the email address which you provide in the order process. This order acknowledgement email will contain your order number and details of the goods ordered. This email is only to acknowledge that your order has been received by us and is being processed. It is not acceptance by us of any offers to purchase goods.

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us only takes place when we despatch your goods. Any acknowledgement of your order you get before this is not confirmation or acceptance of the order because we may need to cancel the order for a number of reasons including:

  • The product you ordered is unavailable from stock. This may occur if we find warehouse stock is damaged or has been mislabelled when we come to pick your order.
  • We identify a pricing or product description error.
  • If you do not meet any eligibility to order criteria (such as age limits) we show.

Delivery

All our orders are sent via courier, on a next working day for delivery. Goods ordered before 1:30pm will be sent the same day.

Next-day service apply to most of the UK mainland. Remote parts of the UK and any delivery that involves a sea crossing may be subject to a surcharge of between £5 and £50. We will always advise you of this in advance of accepting your order.

If our couriers return goods to us as undeliverable for reasons within your control (such as no one in to take delivery) additional delivery charges may apply to cover the cost of re-delivery. If undelivered orders are subsequently cancelled, any refund will have all delivery and return charges deducted from the refund amount.

Non-Delivery

You must notify us in writing within 48 hours from the date of order or despatch (whichever is the latest that we have advised you of) if goods do not arrive.

Cancellations and Returns

You have 30days from the date in which your order has been delivered to return your product to us.

To obtain a full refund, the goods must be returned in the same “unused” condition, unridden, with all accessories, packaging and in the original box.

If you change your mind about your purchase, you can return unused, “as new” items back using our tracked courier service for returns. There is a charge of £30 for e-scooters and £5 for accessories.

If you would like to return an e-scooter, please email:info@apachie.co.uk. Please include your order number, full name, address and the reason for your return. You must notify us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please ensure returned goods are securely packed to avoid damage in transit. It is your responsibility to ensure goods returned to us are safe and secure. Apachie will not be held responsible for any damage caused by poor packing.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Upon receipt of your returned order, goods will be inspected by one of our technicians and once approved, the refund will be processed. Please allow up to 7 working days for refunds to reach your account.

Distance Selling Regulation

If you are a Consumer (a natural person who is acting for the purposes other than those of his trade, business or profession) then you have certain rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

Under these regulations you must notify us in writing (fax: 01270 212048 or email: info@apachie.co.uk) that you wish to cancel your contract before the end of the statutory cancellation period of 7 working days from the day after you receive the goods.

You must then return the goods to us at your expense or we will arrange collection at your expense. Please note if we have to arrange collection it is invariably more costly than if you return the goods to us.

We will refund to the payment card the price paid for the goods within 30 days.

Faulty Goods

If goods need to be returned to us because they are faulty or were received in a damaged condition please make sure you contact us to obtain a returns number to enable us to process your return as quickly and efficiently as possible. Returns received without the correct details may be subject to delays. Our returns procedure can be found here.

If the goods are faulty or damaged on receipt or a fault occurs within 28 days after you receive them we will replace the goods or refund your money as you wish.

Between 28 days of purchase and 12 months we will usually repair or replace the goods as appropriate.

If on inspection we determine that any fault occurred due to damage, misuse, neglect, repair or modification by the customer we are not obliged to cover postage charges or offer a refund/replacement.

Please ensure you use an appropriate shipping method. When you contact us for a returns number we will advise you of the shipping method to use. If you use this method, we will refund your postage charges when the goods are inspected by us and found to be faulty.

Repairs

At Apachie, we provide comprehensive electric scooter repair services to ensure your ride stays smooth and safe. Once we collect your scooter and bring it into our workshop, our expert technicians assess the issue and provide a repair quote. If you decide not to proceed with the repair after receiving the quote, a nominal fee of £30 is applicable for the return of your scooter. This fee covers the transportation costs and ensures convenience for our customers. We strive to deliver transparent and efficient repair solutions tailored to your needs.

Refunds

We usually process refunds within 7 working days from the day we begin the refund process. If you paid by credit card the amount may be refunded by crediting it to the card used for payment.

Images

All product images used on our web site are only representative of goods on offer. Actual goods may not be the same colour, design or packaging. In the event that you are not happy with any goods received, you have the right to cancel your order, return the goods in good condition to us within 30 days and receive a full refund of the purchase price paid.

If you are the copyright owner and we have failed to credit you, or you are unhappy with our use of your copyright then please contact us and we will make amends immediately.

Mobile Terms of Service

The Apachie mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Apachie (“Apachie”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Apachie’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Apachie through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Apachie. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to Apachie or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Apachie mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
